All prices, transactions, and shipping fees on this website are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD $).

2. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping rate of $8 for orders under $200. FREE standard shipping applies to all domestic orders of $200 or more.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure your order reaches you on time, please review the following schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 9:00 PM (UTC)
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking link to monitor your package in real time

5. Address Changes

We can modify the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we will no longer be able to redirect it.
